Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Incorrect Information

Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If a package is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged Parcels
Customers are strongly advised to record a complete parcel opening video immediately upon receiving the package.
Parcel opening videos are mandatory for reporting:
- Missing items
- Damaged items
- Incorrect products
- Packaging issues
Claims submitted without a complete and unedited parcel opening video may not be accepted.
