Exchange & Return Policy

At Nayleen.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

7-Day Exchange Window

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

Exchange requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

Eligible Exchange Reasons

Products may qualify for exchange if:

  1. Wrong item was delivered
  2. Wrong size was delivered
  3. Product arrived damaged
  4. Product arrived defective
  5. Product received differs significantly from the order

Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  1. Item must be unused and unworn
  2. Item must be in original condition
  3. Original tags must remain attached
  4. Original packaging should be retained
  5. No stains, odors, perfume, makeup marks, or signs of use should be present

Nayleen.pk reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet these conditions.

Hygiene Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain intimate products may not be eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Parcel Opening Video Requirement

A complete parcel opening video is mandatory for all exchange claims involving:

  1. Wrong products
  2. Missing items
  3. Damaged items
  4. Defective items

The video must:

  1. Start before opening the parcel
  2. Clearly show the shipping label
  3. Show the package being opened
  4. Show all contents received

Edited, incomplete, or missing videos may result in claim rejection.

Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact customer support within 7 days.
  2. Share your order number.
  3. Provide photographs if requested.
  4. Provide parcel opening video where applicable.
  5. Wait for exchange approval.

Once approved, exchange instructions will be provided.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping charges unless the error occurred on our side.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items may not be eligible for exchange:

  1. Used products
  2. Washed products
  3. Products without tags
  4. Products damaged by customer misuse
  5. Clearance or sale items unless defective

Final Decision

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Nayleen.pk.
